We are a small village school where traditional learning is valued and enjoyed alongside a modern global educational experience. At Ingatestone Infant School, we strive to provide the highest quality of education, so that children achieve their best, as well as enable all our children to become happy, confident and successful individuals.

One of our strengths is the strong partnership which exists between all members of the school community, pupils, staff, parents, governors and the local community. We are very lucky to have an extremely dedicated and supportive staff team who work hard to provide the best opportunities for all our pupils in a safe and happy school environment.  We aim to build the skills, knowledge and positive attitudes necessary to help all our pupils become responsible, respectful and tolerant citizens of the future. Which are focused on our vision 'To feel connected as a community through the delivery of an equitable, inclusive, and ambitious curriculum.'

We value the uniqueness of each child and seek to foster in them a love of learning, an appreciation of beauty and a consideration for others. It is impossible to convey the friendly, caring atmosphere of our school.
